You've just had surgery and you're being sent home. The first few hours after discharge are the most critical — and you shouldn't face them alone. I meet you at the facility exit and provide dedicated one-on-one clinical monitoring at your home, hotel, or temporary residence throughout the Bay Area. Vital sign assessment, pain management guidance, medication review, and emergency escalation if needed. Need transportation coordinated? I can arrange and manage your Uber or Lyft booking for a flat $25 coordination fee. Transportation costs are billed separately and remain the responsibility of the client. Servicing adult care 18 and older.
